Graniteman Events is excited to announce that our GraniteKids Triathlon is being held in conjunction with the New Graniteman St. Cloud Triathlon! The race will be held at the newly rejuvinated Eastman Park which surrounds Lake George in downtown St. Cloud, MN. The City of St. Cloud, in partnership with various local community organizations, has done a fantastic job revitalizing this beautiful park and lake.

Distances
Ages 5-8- 200 yd swim in Lake George in Downtown St. Cloud, MN
- 1.5 mile bike ride around the .75 mile bike path surrounding the lake. (2 laps)
- .5 mile run on a cobblestone running path finishing at the beautiful Lake George Park. (1 lap)
Ages 9 & Up
- 200 yd swim in Lake George in Downtown St. Cloud, MN
- 3 mile bike ride around the .75 mile bike path surrounding the lake. (4 laps)
- 1 mile run on a .5 mile cobblestone running path finishing at the beautiful Lake George Park. (2 laps)
Other Important Info About The Race
- Each racer will receive a race bag, Granite Kids t-shirt, and a participation medal.
- The race will be electronically chip timmed for accuracy.
- Awards will be given to the Top 3 male and female finishers : 8 & under, 9-12, 13 & up
- Swimming aids such as noodles, kickboards & life preservers will be allowed & encouraged.
- A floating lane line will be used for the swim course in case the kids need to hang on to it for safety.
- Life guards will be in the water at all times to insure the kids safety
- CPSC approved helmets are required
- All kids course distances are approximate
- Parents are welcome to assist their young athletes in the transition area and follow them on the run. No parents are allowed on the bike course.
